  • Where credits are used for our Play and Stay service, boarding fees are paid separately to Brisbane Boarding Kennels.

  • No refunds on any packages under any circumstances.

  • K9 and Co Adventure Camp gives every dog the best chance at daycare to succeed. Rarely (in less than 1% of cases), we determine our Daycare to not be a good fit for a dog. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to refuse a dog access to K9 and Co Adventure Camp. In these cases, refunds will be processed.
